Lack of config related documentation

It is kinda hard to figure out what should be in the config and what it is used for.
Exemple: the repo path in general.yml, why a token per user, the constraints about the user related config
It's important as it is the first stuff you're confronted with when you try this project out.

Fair enough, i'll fix this.
Repository path is the full path of the repository.
Their is a token per user because he logs in with lighthouse api
when sending ticket updates. So the update is shown as his.
